Life is full of ups and downs.  Whether you are struggling with something new or something that has been around for a long time, I am hear to help.
Individual therapy has been shown to be highly effective in treating Anxiety, Depression, Concerns with anger, Trauma, Relationship Distress, and much more.  My non-pathologizing approach (you're not crazy) will help you feel safe to explore contributing factors to your pain.  My foundational model is EFiT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy), but I pull on Brene Brown's work and other models as relevant.

The Details

  • Available for ages 12 and wiser; under age 12 a parent or caregiver should be present for a portion or all of the session

  • Weekly sessions are always preferable and lead to better outcomes

  • We do not need to meet for a year; the more consistent we meet, the shorter the duration of service

  • Available in person or virtually, in person is preferred

  • Covered by most insurance policies
