My experience
I have had the privilege of supervising and helping to develop clinicians in a formal capacity since 2015. My foundation constructs are EFT (Sue Johnson), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Brene Brown's work. My approach to clinical supervision is grounded in attachment science, trauma-informed practice, and a deeply non-pathologizing lens. I believe that both clients and clinicians make sense in the context of their experiences, relationships, and nervous systems. Supervision with me is a collaborative, reflective space where we explore not only interventions and case conceptualization, but also the emotional and relational processes unfolding in the therapy room.
Clinical Supervision
"What we know matters,
but who we are matters more"
-Brene Brown

I support clinicians in strengthening their attunement, deepening their understanding of attachment dynamics, and recognizing trauma responses without shame or judgment. Together, we slow down, get curious, and build capacity — moving from self-doubt or reactivity toward clarity, confidence, and grounded clinical presence.
My goal is to create a supervision space that feels safe, empowering, and growth-oriented — where your clinical voice can evolve, your strengths are highlighted, and challenges are approached with compassion rather than criticism. Supervision becomes not just skill development, but professional and personal integration.
