Craving authentic, brave conversations and connection?
This 8 week in-person group is based on Brene Brown’s work on joy, shame resilience, and wholehearted living. Brene's work has been a regular feature on Oprah's shows, makes appearances on NCIS, Ted Lasso, and other popular shows.
When and where
Thursdays from 1:00pm through 3:00pm starting
May 11th, ending June 29th
OR
Mondays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm starting
May 8th, 2023 through June 26th

Sessions will be held outside if the weather allows. If the weather forces us inside, sessions will be held inside a barn-please dress appropriately.

This group will focus on living BIG-setting Boundaries, staying within our Integrity, and practicing Generous Assumptions.

The cost is $500 (+hst)
