Using a trauma informed and attachment focused lens, we can take on your individual battles together! Whether it is a situational issue or a longer term problem, let me help you on your journey to wellness!

Life is full of ups and downs. Whether you are struggling with something new or something that has been around for a long time, I am hear to help.
Individual therapy has been shown to be highly effective in treating Anxiety, Depression, Concerns with anger, Trauma, Relationship Distress, and much more. My non-pathologizing approach (you're not crazy) will help you feel safe to explore contributing factors to your pain. My foundational model is EFiT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy), but I pull on Brene Brown's work and other models as relevant.
Session Details
Open to clients ages 12 and up; those under 12 are required to have a parent or caregiver join part or all of the session.
Weekly sessions are recommended for the best outcomes.
Consistency matters—meeting regularly often means a shorter overall therapy journey.
Sessions are offered in person or virtually (in-person preferred).
Services are covered by most insurance plans.
